Shipping information

We are pleased to offer international shipping to all countries in Europe, USA, Canada and Japan with a low shipping cost, 5-15 Euros for all orders. For other countries please contact us for more information. Economy shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-14 business (depending on country). Please note that there are shipping cost restrictions for one product: the Maxi DogBrick, due to its size and weight. This product cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

If you have not received your order within 10-14 business days of placing your order, please email us. Your order status can be tracked.

International customers outside EU: Please note that the products are shipped from Sweden, and that your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. We cannot estimate the amount of these charges as they are not determined by Zoo Active Products AB/ Nina Ottosson and are not paid to our company. As a buyer/importer, you assume all responsibility for paying any customs duties, taxes brokerage fees etc. For further information, please contact your local customs office. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments and this will not affect your shipping costs. We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier at our disposal. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We will not refund your money due to an incorrect shipping address.

If you need to return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number. In the email, please include the reason for the return and your order number (if available). Returns sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be granted a refund.

All returns must occur within 30 days of delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs, and refund the original shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) or manufacture faults. Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you are responsible for getting the product back to us in resellable condition. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company and must have a tracking number.

If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the extra cost of return shipping. No exceptions.

Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your receipt or your order number, name, address and reason for return with the item being returned. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
