We are pleased to offer international shipping from Sweden to most countries worldwide, the shipping cost is based on country and the weight of the products. Economy shipping has an estimated delivery time of 3-14 business days (depending on country).
We ship World Wide with FEDEX, in Sweden we use DHL.
Payment: Secure payment with PayPal and DIBS Payment Services.
You can choose to pay in EURO, USD and SEK.
ORDERS: Please add items in the basket/shopping bag, select value and country and you can see the total cost including shipping to your country.
Orders delivered outside the EU are Tax Free, no sales tax is added. VAT in Sweden is 25%.
As a buyer/importer, you assume all responsibility for paying any customs duties, taxes etc.
If you have not received your order within 10-14 business days of placing your order, please email us. Your order status can be tracked.
International customers outside EU: Please note that the products are shipped from Sweden, and that your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. We cannot estimate the amount of these charges as they are not determined by Zoo Active Products AB/ Nina Ottosson and are not paid to our company. As a buyer/importer, you assume all responsibility for paying any customs duties, taxes etc. For further information, please contact your local customs office. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments and this will not affect your shipping costs. We reserve the right to use any shipping carrier at our disposal. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We will not refund your money due to an incorrect shipping address.
Right of withdrawal:
When purchasing products on www.nina-ottosson.com the customer has a 14 day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying us firstname.lastname@example.org accordingly within 14 days from when the customer or its representative received the product ordered (withdrawal period)
If the customer wishes to withdraw a purchase, the customer shall, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a clear message to email@example.com . The customer shall provide its name, address, order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message.
If the customer uses its right of withdrawal, the customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the customer has received the product and during the return shipping. The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when we was notified of the withdrawal. The product shall be sent well packaged, in new condition and in its original box and/or packaging. Any returns shall be sent to us in accordance with the methods and directions for“Returns
Returns: All returns must occur within 30 days of delivery. We will only pay the return shipping costs, and refund the original shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) or manufacture faults. Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you are responsible for getting the product back to us in resellable condition. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company and must have a tracking number.
If you need to return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number. In the email, please include the reason for the return and your order number (if available). Returns sent back to us without a return authorization number will not be granted a refund.
If you refuse an order or send the order back as a return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the extra cost of return shipping. No exceptions.

Please include the original packing slip, a copy of your receipt or your order number, name, address and reason for return with the item being returned. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
